Navigating the Storm: Treating Clients with Anger Management Issues

As mental health professionals, encountering clients with anger management issues is an inevitable part of our practice. Anger, a complex and often misunderstood emotion, can be a significant barrier to personal growth and mental well-being. Understanding Anger:
